Melamine Faced Panel great quality comes from the use of internationally standardized melamine impregnated paper laminated on the wood panel melamine surface using Short Cycle Press machine that gives greater strength and luxurious design on the wood’s surface. With the lamination solution seamlessly impregnated onto the wood’s surface, it offers greater resistance to scratches, water intrusion and erosion caused by acidic and chemical substances comparing to foil or PCV coating.
Melamine Faced Panel are a great choice for both interior decoration and built-in industry.
Advantages:
1) does not contain knots or rings, making it more uniform than natural woods during cutting and in service.
2) is denser than plywood and not easy to delaminate or edge-collapsed. Good thermal insulation and strong adhesions.
